Tournament Participation

Participation in PHOGA tournaments is subject to the tournament rules established by the Commissioner. All participants must:

• Maintain a valid golf handicap
• Pay all required entry fees
• Abide by tournament rules and decisions
• Conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner

Commissioner's Authority

The Commissioner has final authority on all tournament matters, including but not limited to rule interpretations, player eligibility, and dispute resolution. The Commissioner's decisions are final.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PHOGA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

PHOGA and its organizers shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during tournament participation or use of this website.
