Commissioner's Decision is Final

Since 2000, the Commissioners have been the ultimate authority on all matters relating to the tournament. Their rulings ensure fair play, uphold traditions, and maintain the spirit of competition.

Commissioner's Award

1st Star of the Weekend

Awarded to the player who best exemplifies the spirit of the tournament. This isn't about the best golf score — it's about contribution to the weekend, memorable moments, and embodying what the Puckers are all about.

Commissioner Responsibilities

  • Establishing and enforcing tournament rules
  • Making final rulings on disputes
  • Overseeing the draft process for PHOGA
  • Managing the Calcutta and prize distribution
  • Awarding the Commissioner's Award (1st Star of the Weekend)
  • Preserving core Pucker traditions
